From the pantry

Lavender, rosemary, parsley, mint. They come in from the beds, ours and our neighbors', and leave as syrups, sachets, teas, and tinctures. Many varieties side by side. That is how a garden actually works.

Rosemary in full bloom spilling down the slope beside the garden stairs, Spanish lavender flowering at the top of the steps.

How it works

We work with herbs and fruit grown close to home, ours, our daughters', and growers nearby. We harvest at the right window and turn them into syrups, sachets, teas, and tinctures. The catalog grows as the garden grows.
